Privacy policy
This policy explains what data the GalvySoft website may process and why. The current site is primarily informational and does not include user accounts or public registration forms.

1. Data we process
The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. This information is used only to receive, manage and respond to the request you send to GalvySoft.
As with virtually any website, the server or hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser, operating system and security events. These records are used to operate, diagnose and protect the service.
2. Cookies and preferences
GalvySoft uses a necessary cookie to store consent status. If you allow preference cookies, the site may also remember your manually selected language.
No analytics, advertising or profiling cookies are currently used. If this changes, those categories will remain disabled until consent exists where required.
3. Third-party services
Visual resources, including Font Awesome, are served locally by the site to reduce third-party dependencies and unnecessary external requests.
Hosting, DNS or perimeter-protection infrastructure used when the site is published may process technical data necessary to deliver and protect the service.
When the contact form is configured to deliver messages by email, the information needed for that communication may be processed by GalvySoft’s configured email provider.
4. Retention
Cookie preferences are stored for a limited period and can be changed through the “Cookie settings” link. Contact messages and technical server logs are retained only as long as needed to respond to requests, operate the service, diagnose issues, protect it against abuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
5. Your choices
You can reject all optional cookies and continue using the site. You can also change your decision at any time from the footer.
Rights of access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights depend on applicable law. Until a separate privacy channel is published, you may use the contact form and clearly identify the request as privacy-related.
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when site features, providers or legal requirements change. The latest update date appears at the top of the page.
